Hardmoor EYC is a unique setting, providing high quality early education.  We are a Maintained Nursery School with fully integrated childcare for children starting from 3 months up to school age.  We have a keen focus on outdoor learning, using our woodlands, allotment and gardens to enhance children’s learning experiences and connection with nature.  Our babies and toddlers make full use of our outdoor learning programme, sensory room as well as their own dedicated rooms for 0-2s and 2-3s.  Practitioners build effective relationships with children and their families, enabling children to settle well and thrive during their time at nursery and beyond.  Our Senior staff are supported by the Head of Centre, Executive Head Teacher and our Admin & Site teams so that they can focus on delivering the highest quality practice and leading their teams

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Early Years Professional to lead the practice of our 0 – 3 provision.

We are looking for an experienced Practitioner who has the ability to:

  • Lead and motivate a team
  • Lead high quality practice with babies and toddlers
